Oyo State Government through the State Agency for Youth Development and Easy Win, a leading sports and entertainment brand, has partnered to organise a free public viewing of all Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final, third place, and Final encounters in Morocco, with over 2,000 gift items set to be distributed to attendees.

The initiative, designed to promote youth engagement, social interaction, and national unity through sports, will offer football fans an opportunity to watch the highly anticipated fixture in a lively and well-coordinated environment at Racecourse Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan.

While speaking on the collaboration, the Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana said the collaboration aligns with the State government under the leadership of His Excellency Engr ‘Seyi Makinde and agency for youth’s mandate to create platforms that positively engage young people, noting that sports remain a powerful tool for fostering discipline, teamwork, and shared identity among youths.

According to the organisers, the event will not only feature a high-quality viewing experience but will also include the distribution of 2,000 free gifts to the audience as part of efforts to reward participation and enhance the match-day atmosphere.

CEO of Easy Win, Oyedepo Kolade Akanni, described the partnership as part of the brand’s commitment to supporting community-based initiatives and deepening youth participation during major sporting events, particularly those involving the national team.
