In a gesture of goodwill, Hon. Kamorudeen Mudashiru, the esteemed Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, has shared a stirring Easter message with indigenes and residents, emphasizing the universal values of faith, hope, and renewal.

As Christians worldwide celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Hon. Kamorudeen’s words resonate with a powerful call for unity and optimism in the face of national challenges.

In his message, delivered through a widely circulated statement, Hon. Kamorudeen reflected on the profound significance of Easter as a time of spiritual rejuvenation and communal harmony.

“Easter is a season that reminds us of the triumph of light over darkness, of hope over despair, and of love over division,” he said. “To our Christian friends in Lagelu, I extend my warmest wishes for a joyous and peaceful Easter. May this sacred time inspire you to embrace faith in a brighter future and to foster hope in your hearts and communities.”

The Lagelu Chairman, known for his commitment to grassroots development and inclusive leadership, drew parallels between the Easter story and the resilience of communities in the local government area.

“Just as the resurrection signifies new beginnings, we are all called to rise above challenges and work together for a better tomorrow,” he noted.

“In Lagelu, we strive to build a society rooted in unity and progress, and I believe these values echo in the aspirations of indigenes and residents celebrating this holy season.”
