Hon. Wahab Waliu Adetunji Wabkem, the Executive Chairman of Atiba local government, Offa-meta Oyo, has sent warm felicitations to the Oyo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
