The Yoruba proverb, “Eni tí ó dá àsò fún ni, ti òrún rẹ̀ lá á máa wò,” reminds us that those who create opportunities for others and contribute to their success will always be remembered and appreciated.

This timeless saying perfectly reflects the leadership philosophy of Barrister Seun Temilolu Nurudeen Ashamu, a leader whose political journey has been characterized by his commitment to empowering people, nurturing talents, and raising future leaders.

Over the years, many individuals have benefited from his mentorship, guidance, and unwavering belief in their abilities, growing from ordinary party faithful into influential political actors, administrators, and community builders.

In this fifth series, we spotlight Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule, another notable beneficiary of Barrister Seun Ashamu’s people-oriented leadership. A committed grassroots politician and dedicated member of Team SMS, Hon. Ibraheem served as the former Media Chairman of Team SMS, where he played a vital role in projecting the activities and vision of the political structure.

Through his dedication and capacity, he later served as Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, further demonstrating his competence in public communication and grassroots engagement.

Today, Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule serves as the Supervisory Councillor for Works in Oyo East Local Government, a position through which he continues to contribute to community development and effective local governance. His steady progression in public service reflects the opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development that Barrister Seun Ashamu has consistently provided for young and dedicated followers.

His story is another testament to the fact that Barrister Ashamu’s leadership goes beyond politics; it is about building people, creating opportunities, and raising a new generation of leaders.

As this series continues, the stories of individuals like Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule further demonstrate the lasting impact of Barrister Seun Ashamu’s investment in human capital development.

They serve as living examples of how purposeful leadership, mentorship, and empowerment can transform lives, strengthen communities, and prepare future leaders for greater responsibilities.
