The Directorate of Youth Mobilisation of the Adekanmbi/Makinde Campaign has intensified its grassroots engagement with youths across Oyo State, with the Director of Youth Mobilisation, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, engaging Arewa youths in Sabo, Ward 6, Ibadan North Local Government Area.

The consultation, which formed part of the directorate’s ongoing youth mobilisation and stakeholder engagement across the state, provided an opportunity for Bolarinwa to interact with the Arewa youths and discuss the vision of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Addressing the gathering, Bolarinwa said he had brought the goodwill and extended hand of fellowship of the APM, stressing that the party’s message and vision must reach every segment of society, from the top to the grassroots.

He urged the Arewa youths to make the APM their first and only choice ahead of the forthcoming elections, noting that the party represents an inclusive political platform where every community and group has a stake.

According to him, the people-oriented policies and legacy of Governor Seyi Makinde provide a strong foundation upon which the Bimbo/Makinde political ambition can be built.

Bolarinwa also described Bimbo Adekanmbi as a man of his word who, if given the opportunity, would continue to propagate and extend the developmental strides and inclusive governance associated with Governor Makinde’s administration.
He further emphasised that Arewa youths constitute an important part of the youth stakeholder community in Oyo State, urging them to see the Bimbo/Makinde ambition as their own and actively participate in its actualisation.
The engagement ended with a renewed call for unity, inclusiveness and active youth participation as the campaign continues its grassroots mobilisation across Oyo State.
