The aspiration of Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji, popularly known as KSA, to represent Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives on the platform of the Allied People’s Movement, APM, received strong backing today as market leaders and community elders in Apete formally endorsed his aspiration.
Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji paid a courtesy visit to the Apete Iyaloja, Babaloja, and a gathering of respected community elders for consultation and interface with key grassroots stakeholders in the area. The engagement was held in an atmosphere of mutual respect and communal solidarity.
During the meeting, the market leaders and elders warmly received Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji. After deliberations, they expressed acceptance of his aspiration and officially declared their endorsement and support. They described him as a leader of proven capacity, integrity, and grassroots orientation with the temperament required to represent the people of Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency effectively at the National Assembly.
Speaking on behalf of the trading community, the Apete Iyaloja and Babaloja pledged their support for his aspiration. They noted that his vision for economic empowerment, support for small businesses, and inclusive representation aligns with the interests of traders and artisans who form the economic backbone of Apete and its environs.
The community elders, in their collective remarks, assured Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji of their continued guidance and partnership. They stated that they would maintain close engagement with him to ensure that the concerns and aspirations of Apete and other communities within Ido/Ibarapa are adequately reflected in future legislative representation.
“This endorsement reflects the growing confidence and trust our people have in Hon. Kolawole Adedeji Sheu,” the elders stated. “We have observed his antecedents and commitment to community development. We believe he is a worthy choice to speak for us at the federal level when the electoral process commences.”
In his response, Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji expressed appreciation to the Iyaloja, Babaloja, and the elders for their trust, prayers, and endorsement of his aspiration. He reaffirmed his commitment to people-centered service, youth development, support for traders and artisans, and community-oriented interventions that will improve the welfare of constituents.
He assured them of his readiness to continue consultations with market associations, traditional institutions, and community structures to build consensus and ensure that the voice of Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency is well positioned ahead of the electoral season.
With this latest show of support, Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji continues to receive acceptance across Ido/Ibarapa Federal Constituency from market associations, traditional institutions, youth groups, and community stakeholders as he prepares for the electoral process as stipulated by INEC.
