Barr. Akeem Adedeji Agbaje, frontline gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State for the 2027 election, has called on party faithful across the state to come out in large numbers today, Saturday, to support and vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the APC presidential primary election taking place nationwide.
In a statement, Barr Akeem Agbaje urged stakeholders, and party members to participate actively in the exercise, describing the primary election as a crucial step toward sustaining the vision and policies of the Renewed Hope Agenda under the leadership of President Tinubu.
He noted that the continuity of the present administration remains important for the consolidation of ongoing reforms, national stability, economic growth, and the strengthening of democratic governance across the country.
“I remain committed to supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the continuity of the Renewed Hope Agenda because continuity will bring consolidation, stability, growth, and a stronger Nigeria for all of us.”
The APC chieftain further stressed the need for party members to remain united and peaceful throughout the exercise, while encouraging them to uphold the values of discipline, loyalty, and internal democracy that define the party.
Barr Akeem Agbaje expressed confidence in the leadership of President Tinubu, noting that the administration’s policies and programmes are laying foundations for long-term national development and economic transformation.
The APC presidential primary election is being conducted across the country today to officially select the party’s presidential flag bearer for the 2027 general election.
