The Omituntun Benedict Foundation has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, while also congratulating members of the Omituntun Benedict Forum for the successful completion of the month of Ramadan 1447AH.

In a goodwill message issued to commemorate the festive period, the Founder and President of the Foundation, Oloye Benedict Akika JP, described Eid-el-Fitr as a season of reflection, compassion, and renewed commitment to the values of sacrifice and unity.

He urged Nigerians, particularly members of the Foundation and its affiliate forum, to uphold the virtues of love, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence, which are central to the teachings of Ramadan.

Oloye Akika emphasized that the Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to promote sustainable development and empowerment across communities, noting that meaningful progress can only be achieved through collective effort and shared responsibility.

He highlighted the core objectives of the Foundation, which include promoting equity, fairness, and justice, advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals and communities, and ensuring the provision of basic amenities to improve living standards.

According to him, the Foundation is also committed to strengthening collaboration and partnerships with relevant stakeholders, enhancing community engagement, and fostering peaceful conflict resolution at both individual and neighborhood levels.

“Eid-el-Fitr reminds us of the importance of selflessness and service to humanity. As an organization, we will continue to champion initiatives that uplift our people and create opportunities for inclusive growth,” he said.

The Foundation’s president further commended members of the Omituntun Benedict Forum for their unwavering support and contributions toward advancing the organization’s vision, encouraging them to remain resolute in their efforts to build stronger and more resilient communities.

He concluded by wishing all Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration, praying that the blessings of the season bring lasting harmony, prosperity, and progress to the nation.
