Former Deputy Governor of Oyo state, H. E, Eng. Rauf Aderemi Olaniyan has congratulated former Senate Leader and Oyo APC gubernatorial candidate in 2023, Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin on his birthday.
In a personal tribute by Olaniyan, he eulogized Senator Folarin whom he described as a dogged fighter whose Spirit Is unconquerable.
