The entire Traditional Council of Lagelu Local Government Area, comprising Obas, Baales, and Palace Chiefs, has unanimously endorsed the re-election of three distinguished leaders for their outstanding contributions to the development of the region.
The trio—Hon. Olafisoye Akinmoyede, Federal House of Representatives member for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency; Hon. Akintunde Olajide Emmanuel, Oyo State House of Assembly member for Lagelu State Constituency; and Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen Morenikeji, Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government—received the council’s resounding support during an enlarged meeting held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
