The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Falana Adebowale Adebayo, has extended warm and heartfelt felicitations to the Honorable Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon. Wasilat Adefemi Adegoke, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a statement made available to the press, Hon. Falana described Hon. Adegoke as “a vibrant, visionary, and result-driven public servant whose passion for youth empowerment and inclusive governance continues to transform the landscape of youth development in Oyo State.”
The Youth Agency Chairman praised the Commissioner for her steadfast dedication to the ministry, which has led to numerous impactful initiatives, including statewide sports development programs, youth-focused policies, and collaborative empowerment schemes that have benefited thousands of young people across the state.
“Your leadership style is deeply rooted in empathy, innovation, and inclusivity. You have redefined what it means to serve the people with sincerity and vision. As a Commissioner, your achievements speak for themselves — from the successful organization of the Oyo State Youth Summit to your relentless push for grassroots sports development and youth engagement,” Hon. Falana noted.
He further commended her ability to unify diverse youth groups and position the Ministry as a responsive and proactive arm of the Oyo State Government, particularly under the people-oriented leadership of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE.
