The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Oluwaseyi Makinde, over the sudden passing of his brother, Engineer Sunday Makinde, in the early hours of Friday.
In a statement released by the Head of Media Unit to the Chairman, Opeyemi Rasheed Olawale, Prince Adebowale expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss, describing it as a shocking event that has left not only the Makinde family but the entire Oyo State mourning.
He referred to death as the ultimate equalizer and an inevitable call that all must answer in due time.
The statement read in parts;
“On behalf of my family, the executive secretary, and all staff members of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, I conveyed our heartfelt condolences to our amiable People’s Governor and your family, on the passing of Engineer Sunday Makinde”.
“Late Engr Sunday Makinde was a great personality who left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew him”.
“Your Excellency, as you grieve, know that you’re not alone. The good people of Oyo State and the youth Constituency whom you’ve selflessly served are with you in spirit and in prayer
Kindly accept my sincere condolences on this irreplaceable loss.
