As the festive spirit of Christmas envelops Oyo State, Honourable Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the Oyo State House of Assembly member representing Ibadan North Constituency 2, has extended his heartfelt birthday wishes to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde.
In a heartfelt message, Hon. Gabriel described Governor Makinde as an uncommon governor who has brought immense joy and positive change to the people of Oyo State.
He emphasized the unique significance of the governor’s birthday, which coincides with Christmas Day, underscoring the joy and celebration it brings to the state.
