Ibadan North Local Government Partners with Bplan Advisory Services to Digitize Revenue Collection

In a pivotal move towards modernizing revenue collection, the Ibadan North Local Government, led by Chairman Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, convened a crucial meeting today.

The purpose of the meeting was to advance the digitization of revenue processes within the local government.

During the meeting, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade emphasized the need for digitization and innovative approaches to enhance revenue mobilization.

The discussions highlighted the critical role technology plays in efficient revenue collection.

After extensive deliberation, the council nominated Bplan Advisory Services as the preferred company to lead the local government’s reforms on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

This initiative marks a significant step towards a smarter, more innovative revenue system, aiming to boost the economic development of Ibadan North Local Government.

The robust meeting underscored the commitment of Ibadan North to leveraging technology for better governance and economic advancement.

Key figures in attendance included Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government; Hon. Akeem Ayoade, Vice Chairman; the Head of Local Government Administration in Ibadan North; the Director of Administration and General Services in Ibadan North; other directors; and Heads of Local Government Administration from the Aare Latosa and Irepodun LCDA.
