The unbeaten streak of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan came to an end on Monday evening with a 1-2 loss to Niger Tornadoes of Minna.

The Ibadan soccer lords surrendered a one goal lead to succumb to the Ikon Allah Boys, who grabbed a late winner to run away with the maximum points in the Matchday 27 fixture played at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna.

In form Christian Pyagbara found the back of the net in the 39th minute, to earn the visitors a first half lead.

The homers restored parity in the 76th minute through Clinton Japhet and when it seems spoils will be shared, substitute, Ikenna Ofor scored the winner in the fourth minute of added time to give Tornadoes the maximum points.

Currently placed eight on the log with 40 points, Shooting Stars will next week, play host to Kwara United of Ilorin, in a Matchday 28 encounter.
