The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship candidate in Atiba local government areas, Hon. Wahab Waliu Adetunji Wabkem, his vice Badmus Olaide Ismail, and all Councilorship candidates on Thursday paid a condolence visit to the family of the party’s secretary, Hon. Kehinde Aleem Over Wife demise.
Late Mrs. Ayeriyina Suliyat Opeyemi Aleem died early this morning during a brief illness and was buried according to Islamic rites.
The deceased was a nation builder, an academician of note, a professional teacher, and a consummate mother whose death would be felt deeply by the family.
Atiba Chairmanship candidate expressed shock over the death of a rare gem, a perfect gentlewoman while describing the deceased as a significant loss to the family.
“Madam Aleem Suliyat fought and won many battles regarding her health, but Allah is the one who gives and takes life”. He said.
“On behalf of the party, Atiba PDP candidate, team Wabkem, and the good people of the Royal council, I extend my condolences to Hon. Kehinde Aleem, his family, and Children, over the death of their loved one”.
He urged the party secretary to find comfort in the fact that his late wife lived a full life and hoped that his beautiful memories of being with her would bring him comfort during this difficult time.
He prayed to God to give the family the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
The entourage also paid condolence to the family of the late Mrs. Aminat Muritala of Ward 05, who died yesterday suddenly.
