Breaking: ATIBA Chairmanship Candidate Wabkem Unveils Campaign Council Committee, •Appoints Hon. Oyeleke Gabriel As DG, Others

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship candidate in Atiba local government areas, Hon. Wahab Waliu Adetunji Wabkem, has announced Hon. Oyeleke Gabriel Olusegun as the Director-general of his campaign committee for the forthcoming local government election in the council area.

In a statement released on Sunday and made available to Heritage Echo News, the frontline Royal Council Chairmanship candidate Wabkem reaffirmed that Hon. Gabriel, a former Supervisory Councilors during Busari Olarinre Moriyeba regime, a farmer known for his eloquence, emotional intelligence, and prominent grassroots political experience, will work diligently as Director-General (DG) alongside other committee members to secure victory for the party on April 27, 2024, council elections.

Wabkem further reiterated his commitment to initiating robust developmental initiatives on his restoration agenda, grounded in the social democratic paradigm of the party, to propel the local government forward.

Wabkem expressed optimism about the campaign committee’s ability to conduct a thorough job aimed at building the democratic credentials of the party, aligning with the unfolded restoration agenda to bring back the royal council legacy in terms of good governance.

The campaign committee includes:

Secretary. — Hon. Aleem Rasheed Adebayo (a.k.a Gari)
