A former aspirant for the Oyo West local government area and Makinde’s director-general for a re-election campaign in the council area, Hon. Afolabi Idris Olanrewaju (ALOMA) congratulates His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde on his installation as the Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom by the Osemawe of Ondo, Oba Dr Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo (Jilo III), today Friday 10th November 2023.
In a statement released and made available to newsmen in Ibadan early morning on Saturday, Afolabi Idris lauded Governor Seyi Makinde and Chief (Mrs) Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde on the installation with the prestigious titles of Jagunmolu and Yeye Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom by the esteemed Osemawe of Ondo, Oba Dr. Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo.
Jagunmolu’s title to Our Pride Of the West, Engr. Seyi Makinde and his damsel first lady of pacesetter State Chief Mrs. Tamunomini Olufunke Makinde are in recognition of their inspiring and sacrificial contributions towards the growth of Oyo State and Nigeria.
He described Engr. Seyi Makinde is a servant leader, dedicated, a role model, a quintessential, and an embodiment of man with love, humility, and selflessness. He notes that Engr. Abiodun Makinde was a responsible and exemplary leader who through his experience, and knowledge has impacted many of us and generations.
He now prayed to God to grant him sound health and overflowing blessings as he continues to serve the good people of Oyo State and humanity.
