The governor while congratulating Ambassador Arapaja on his 65th birthday, who is the former deputy Governor of Oyo State reaffirmed that “a good part of Ambassador Arapaja’s 65 years has been eventful and in the service of the people of the state, adding that former Nigeria’s Ambassador to Lebanon is on the frontline among worthy Oyo State sons and daughters”.
