A Petroleum tanker carrying 33,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) has lost control and collides with other vehicles, resulting in a massive explosion in Ibadan, Oyo State capital. Heritage Echo gathered that the incident occurred on Thursday at Celica Junction, New Ife Express -Way, Ibadan.
