A petroleum tanker carrying Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), known as Petroleum, has tumbled in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital. Heritage Echo gathered that the incident occurred on Wednesday at Jin-Jofes Filling Station, Iwo Road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
