The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has been celebrated on the occasion of his birthday, with commendations pouring in for his commitment to youth development, empowerment and inclusive leadership in Oyo State.
Since assuming office, Falana has continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing the interests and aspirations of young people across the state, supporting initiatives aimed at equipping youths with relevant skills, encouraging entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for them to contribute meaningfully to the development of the Pacesetter State.
As a leader entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating youth development programmes and initiatives, his leadership has placed considerable emphasis on empowerment, capacity building, innovation and stronger engagement with youth organisations and stakeholders. His approach has also reflected the importance of giving young people a voice and creating an enabling environment for them to realise their potential.
