The lawmaker representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Abass Adigun, has congratulated Mr. Abayomi Fagbenro on his appointment as Special Adviser on Security to Governor ‘Seyi Makinde, as well as Prince Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi as Board Chairman of the Pacesetter Mineral Development Company.
A statement signed by his Media Group, on Monday, indicated that Agboworin described the appointments as well-deserved, noting that the duo possess the experience, competence and leadership qualities required to justify the confidence reposed in them by Governor Makinde.
The federal lawmaker commended Governor Seyi Makinde for continuously identifying capable hands for strategic positions in the state, saying the appointments reflect the administration’s commitment to effective governance and service delivery.
He expressed confidence that Mr. Fagbenro would bring his wealth of experience to bear in strengthening the security architecture of the state, while Prince Arowosaye would provide purposeful leadership for the Pacesetter Mineral Development Company.
Agboworin prayed for wisdom, strength and success for the appointees in their new responsibilities and urged them to see their appointments as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Oyo State.
