‎‎Barr. Akeem Adedeji Agbaje, frontline gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State for the 2027 election, has celebrated mothers on the occasion of Mothers’ Day, acknowledging their immeasurable influence in nurturing families, shaping values, and contributing to national development.

‎‎In a statement, Barr Akeem Agbaje described mothers as a vital force in the growth and progress of society, noting that their sacrifices and dedication often extend far beyond the family front.

‎‎He commended women and mothers across different professions and walks of life for the roles they continue to play in leadership, education, healthcare, business, public service, and community development, while maintaining their responsibilities as caregivers and moral guides.

‎‎“Mothers occupy a unique place in society. Their influence goes beyond raising children and building homes. Across every sector, women continue to contribute significantly to the development of our communities and the advancement of our nation.”‎‎

The legal luminary noted that the compassion, resilience, and strength displayed by mothers remain essential to building a more responsible and caring society, adding that their contributions deserve continuous recognition and appreciation.‎‎

He further urged families and society at large to value and support women, stressing the importance of creating environments where mothers can thrive and continue to make meaningful impacts.‎‎

“On this special occasion, I celebrate all mothers for their sacrifices, prayers, and unwavering commitment to humanity. Their efforts, both seen and unseen, continue to shape lives and inspire hope for a better future.”‎‎‎
