The Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, has urged residents across the LGA’s 14 wards to participate massively in the ongoing PDP e-registration exercise.

Hon. Kamorudeen made the call during a strategic meeting with the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) e-registration team in the local government.

The session focused on accelerating voter and party member registration ahead of future electoral processes.

The meeting had in attendance the PDP Chairman in Lagelu LG, Chief Femi Falowo; former Vice Chairman of the local government, Hon. Biodun Badmus; key ward chairmen; and representatives from all 14 wards.

Hon. Kamorudeen emphasised the importance of the digital registration platform in strengthening the party’s grassroots structure and ensuring wider participation.

He described the e-registration as a vital tool for mobilising supporters and consolidating the PDP’s dominance in Lagelu and Oyo State at large.

Party leaders at the meeting commended the chairman’s proactive engagement and reiterated their commitment to driving the registration drive to success.

The PDP e-registration initiative is part of broader efforts by the party to modernise its membership database and prepare effectively for upcoming political activities.

Residents of Lagelu have been encouraged to take advantage of the exercise to register or update their details through the official PDP channels.
