Chieftain of the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has felicitated with Muslims on the auspicious occasion of another Ramadan fast.
In his Ramadan message to Muslim faithfuls which was released by his media office, he charged Muslims to use the holy month of Ramadan for spiritual rebirth and to pray for the country.
“I want to thank Almighty Allah for the grace to see the holy Month of Ramadan. As a people, we should approach this holy month with total reverence to Almighty Allah. We should also use the moment for spiritual rebirth while praying for the peace, progress and prosperity of our state and nation.
The APC chieftain urged Muslims to imbibe the act of showing love and giving to others this holy month.
“At this moment, I want to implore us all to be our brothers’ keeper, let us serve God through one another. Let us share our much with those that have less and those that have less should share with those that have nothing. Through generous acts of giving, we can worship Almighty Allah.
It is my prayer that Almighty Allah will grant us the grace to see the end of the month in health and peace. Ramadan Kareem!”
