Engr. Samson Ajayi (SMD), the dynamic CEO of Stargate Construction and a prominent member of the Boye Nation movement, has fully returned to the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) fold in Lagelu Local Government Area, following the Boye Nation movement into the party.

The young, vibrant and highly regarded political stakeholder was formally received back into the Lagelu family by the Local Government Chairman, Alh. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, in a symbolic moment that underscored APM’s determination to consolidate its ranks ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Ajayi, widely described as one of the most amiable and intellectually versatile figures in Lagelu politics, spent a couple of months in the other side of the political spectrum before recommitting to his original Lagelu team. Party insiders are portraying the return as more than a personal decision for Ajayi, but also as a strategic reclamation of one of Lagelu’s best political assets.

Known for his amiable disposition, sharp intellect and unwavering commitment to the development of the local government, Ajayi’s return is being hailed as a major boost for the Omituntun Team and the broader APM structure ahead of the fast approaching elections.

His return is being framed by APM loyalists as a huge win in the ongoing inter-party hunts for personalities and influences.
“We have basically reclaimed our own,” Chairman Kamorudeen noted, pointing to Ajayi’s passion for the local government and his track record as a hardworking, responsible and dutiful party man.

As the Stargate CEO settles back fully into the APM fold, expectations are high that his energy, networks and proven track record will further strengthen the party’s grassroots grip in Lagelu Local Government Area.
