The grassroots campaign train of Engr. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji (KSA), the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency House of Representatives, embarked on another extensive, high energy tour.

Demonstrating his trademark dedication and tireless commitment to community development, KSA’s latest sweep across the constituency touched religious bodies, local communities, traditional trade unions, and political decampees who are eager for effective representation.

Consultation with CAN, Ido Chapter: The tour kicked off with a strategic meeting with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Ido Chapter. Church leaders commended KSA for his self funded, impactful developmental projects across Ido and Ibarapa East.

Pledging total support for KSA and all APM candidates, the body prayed for his success and received a 1,000,000 Naira donation for their ongoing building project, alongside an additional 1,000,000 Naira cash support for attendees.

Moving into Eruwa, the campaign train made a vital stopover at Idi-Ata to deliver materials required to complete a community borehole project previously resuscitated by KSA.

Residents expressed profound gratitude and pledged their absolute votes.

At Oke-Ipin near the School of the Deaf, KSA welcomed a large wave of decampees from the APC/ROCOF coalition. Mobilized by Mr. Akintola, the new members officially dumped their former parties to pitch their tent with the APM.

Also at Oke-Ipin, community property owners voiced their frustration over past legislative neglect under the previous APC representative. Resolving to change their voting pattern, the association received a 500,000 Naira contribution from KSA toward their community development efforts.

In a heartwarming show of solidarity, KSA personally attended the naming ceremony of Mrs. Lateefat Olojede, the dynamic Ward 9 Woman Leader who has remained steadfastly active in the campaign through thick and thin.

The train pushed forward to Lanlate, engaging a massive gathering organized by Mr. Akintola beside Union Bank, where Youth and residents affirmed their unwavering backing for the APM platform.

Demonstrating grassroots accessibility, KSA held a late night strategic session with the Amalgamated Commercial Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (ACCOMORAN), spearheaded by the Commissioner for Youth and Sports who waited patiently to welcome him.

Following an apology for the late hour, KSA donated 300,000 Naira for their sitting and inspected their ongoing building project opposite New Garage, Lanlate, pledging an additional 1,000,000 Naira to support its completion.

Wrapping up a grueling, highly successful day late into the night, KSA met with the APC ADOLA Group at Olorunlogbon Omolayo, Eruwa.

Members openly lamented years of legislative neglect and inaccessibility by the incumbent federal lawmaker since the 2023 elections. The group formally declared their mass defection to the APM, sealing a definitive pact for change.

From community infrastructure to grassroots empowerment, Engr. KSA continues to prove that true leadership precedes official office. With overwhelming endorsements from religious leaders, trade unions, and disillusioned voters switching allegiance en masse, the APM campaign train marches forward with unstoppable momentum toward electoral victory.
