The National Examinations Council (NECO) has expressed its profound appreciation to Hon. Saheed Abimbola Oladimeji (OWONIFAARI) for his generous sponsorship of 200 less privileged candidates in the just concluded NECO 2025 SSCE (Nov/Dec) External Examination in Ibadan South-East Local Government Area of Oyo State.

This commendable gesture has been widely recognized as a significant contribution to educational development and youth empowerment within the local government. By providing access to examination opportunities for students who might otherwise have been unable to participate, Hon. Saheed has demonstrated a deep commitment to human capital development and social responsibility.

According to NECO officials, such interventions play a vital role in bridging educational gaps and giving hope to aspiring students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Council noted that this act of generosity aligns with national efforts to promote inclusive education and equal opportunities for all.

Members of the community, parents, and beneficiaries have also lauded the initiative, describing it as impactful and timely. Many acknowledged that the support has not only eased financial burdens but has also inspired confidence and ambition among the affected candidates.

Hon. Saheed Abimbola Oladimeji, through this initiative, continues to reinforce his dedication to uplifting the less privileged and investing in the future of the younger generation.

NECO therefore commends his selfless service and encourages other well meaning individuals and stakeholders to emulate such noble contributions toward the advancement of education in society.
