Amofin Beulah Adeoye, a leading gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo PDP on Monday attended strategic stakeholders’ meeting convened by Governor Seyi Makinde at the State Secretariat, Ibadan.

Amofin Adeoye described the stakeholders’ meeting as a significant and productive one as the PDP prepares ahead for 2027 general elections. Amofin Adeoye said strategic decisions were taken at the meeting to reinforce the unity of the party and galvanized its teeming political base across Oyo State.

Amofin Adeoye said the leadership in the state is not only attentive to the immediate needs and yearning of the party men, but committed to strengthen the political structure required to sustain good governance and progressive leadership in Oyo State.

The legal icon commended Governor Makinde over approval of N10,000 allowance for all civil servants in the state over persistent fuel hike to ease their movements and enable them to deliver maximally at their respective duties.

Amofin Adeoye remarked that Governor Makinde has demonstrated that leadership must be responsive, intentional and central on the welfare of the people.

“Our hardworking civil servants remain a vital force and pillar of progress in Oyo State, every genuine effort to support them deserves recognition. The monthly allowance to cushion fuel hike by Governor Makinde reflects sensitivity to present realities and a firm commitment to ease the burden faced by workers and their families.
