The lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency of Oyo State, Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin) has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Oyo State and Nigeria on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.


In a Press Statement signed by his Media Group in Ibadan, Agboworin described the season as a time for deep reflection, renewed faith, and a recommitment to the ideals of sacrifice, compassion, and service to humanity.
He commended the Muslim Ummah for their devotion and urged that the lessons of Ramadan be sustained in everyday life.

The lawmaker emphasized that the current realities in Oyo State and Nigeria require leaders and citizens alike to rise above division and work collectively toward a shared vision of peace, stability, and inclusive development.



He noted that building a prosperous society demands sincerity of purpose, responsible leadership, and a people-centered approach to governance.
