The venue for the much-anticipated Town Hall Meeting with Oyo State gubernatorial aspirant, Dr. Adewale Kolapo Kareem (AKK), has been officially changed.
A member of the organising committee, Mr. Dayo Badmus, described the decision as a strategic and thoughtful move aimed at ensuring easier access for guests and attendees coming from all parts of Ibadan and beyond.
According to Mr. Badmus, the event will now hold at the NBA Hall, GRA, Iyaganku, Ibadan, adding that the updated venue has been reflected across all invitations and promotional materials.
He further noted that the change received the full approval of Dr. Adewale Kolapo, who has continued to demonstrate confidence in the committee’s capacity to deliver a well-organised and successful event.
Mr. Badmus also clarified that while the AKK House earlier announced as the venue will continue to host other activities of the group, the Town Hall Meeting and Book Launch scheduled for January 10 will now take place at the NBA Hall, Iyaganku, Ibadan.
