The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has extended heartfelt birthday congratulations to a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing the good people of Ibadan North East Constituency 2, Honourable Owolabi Olusola Adewale, commending his unwavering dedication to public service and impactful legislative leadership.
