Phase 6: Ido Council Boss Adeojo, Equips Five Schools with Chairs and Desks [PHOTOS]

The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Honourable Sheriff Adeyemi Adeojo, takes a significant step towards improving the educational infrastructure in Ido local Government area by distributing Chairs and desks to five schools.

The generosity of Hon. Adeojo extended to schools including Saint Paul Anglican, Araromi; Community Basic School, Olorun Tedo; Saint Peter’s Basic School, Apete; Erinwusi; and Anwarul Islam Basic School, Akinware.

In a heartwarming gesture of support for education, representatives from all five schools gathered to receive the much needed chairs and desks, The distribution marked a milestone in the efforts to enhance the learning environments of students in Ido Local Government area.

Students and Teachers appreciated the Chairman for this kind gesture extended towards them, they commended the Chairman for his consistency in uplifting education in the area.

Hon. Adeojo urged students to be diligent at work as they are the leaders of tomorrow, stating further that this is the reason for this initiative, he emphasized the importance of investing in educational facilities for the benefit of future leaders.

Adeojo while handing over the chairs and desks to the pupils’ teachers from the five schools said the gesture is to compliment the unrelenting efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde on education in the state.

The Chairman further said that the atmosphere of learning and the sitting posture of pupils to a larger extent determine the assimilation and understanding of pupils in the classroom.

As the recipients expressed their gratitude for the generous gesture, the Executive Chairman reinforced the local government’s dedication to supporting educational development, stating that this initiative stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts between government officials and educational institutions in fostering a brighter future for the students of Ido Local Government area.
