SAfER Program: Dikko Inspect Terminals, Reassures More Palliatives for the Commuters

The Chairman/Sole Administrator of the Oyo State Pacesetter Transportation Services (PTS), Hon. Dr. Ibraheem Oladeji Salami Dikko, recently conducted an inspection of several terminals to assess the progress of the Sustainable Action for Economic Recovery (SAfER) program initiated by His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, FNSE, Dsc, GSSRS, the Executive Governor of Oyo State.

During the inspection, Hon. Dr. Salami Dikko was impressed by the significant progress made by the SAfER program in enhancing transportation infrastructure and services in Oyo State. He confirmed that the program is commuting over 42,000 people daily, providing much-needed relief to commuters and boosting economic activities in the state.

“The SAfER program is a game-changer for Oyo State. I’m delighted to see the positive impact it’s having on our citizens. The program’s success is a testament to the government’s commitment to improving the lives of its citizens.”

The SAfER program has achieved several notable milestones, including:

  • Improved transportation infrastructure, including upgraded terminals and roads.
  • Enhanced safety and security measures for commuters.
  • Increased efficiency and reliability of transportation services.
  • Job creation and economic opportunities for vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders.
