The Head of Service of Oyo State, Her Honour Mrs. Olubunmi Oni, mni, MCIPM, FCIPAN, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Secretary of the Agency for Youth Development, Mrs. Nancy Bassey Olayinka Muraina, on the occasion of her retirement from the Oyo State Civil Service.
In a goodwill message released today, Mrs. Oni celebrated the remarkable contributions of Mrs. Muraina to youth development and public administration during her years of meritorious service.
She described the retiring Executive Secretary as a dedicated civil servant whose commitment and diligence have left a lasting impact on the service.
“Her retirement marks the end of a fulfilling chapter and the beginning of a rewarding new phase,” Mrs. Oni said, praying for long life, sound health, restful moments, and all-round prosperity for Mrs. Muraina in retirement.
The Head of Service commended Mrs. Muraina’s professionalism and leadership, noting that her legacy would continue to inspire others in the service.
