The executive chairman of Ido local government, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, has condoled with Governor Seyi Makinde over the demise of his elder brother, Engineer Sunday Makinde, who died early hours of Friday, January 24th.

Adeojo described death as the inevitable end all humans must tread when their work on earth is over.

A statement issued on Friday afternoon by Adeojo said he is saddened by the untimely demise of Engr. Sunday Makinde described it as “painful and irreparable.

” On behalf of my family, staff, and appointees in Ido local government, I convey our heartfelt condolences to you, our governor, and your family on the passing of your beloved elder brother, son, a distinguished engineer whose contributions and commitment to his family progress have left an enduring legacy.

” In this difficult time, please accept our deepest sympathies and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. We pray that Almighty God grants you and your family the fortitude to bear this immense loss and that He grants the departed eternal rest and peace.

“May the memories of Engr. Sunday Makinde brings you solace and may you find strength in the companionship of friends and the love of family.” Adeojo Ido Council Chairman prayed.
