The Political Head/Administrator of Sooro Local Council Development Area, Hon. Ismail Olaide Badmus, has donated roofing sheets to the Ilupeju Maternity Centre for outpatient use.
In addition to the donation, Hon. Olaide also procured a Laptop computer set and printer for Sooro local council development for administrative effectiveness to the office of the Director of administration and general services, which aims to enhance and improve record-keeping.
The donation and procurement were part of the council chairman’s efforts to improve the quality of healthcare services in the local government area and support the well-being of residents.
While presenting the roofing sheet items to the Atiba local government Primary Healthcare coordinator, Hon. Olaide emphasized the importance of providing quality healthcare services to people, particularly pregnant women and children.
He stressed the ford that the roofing providesiinsufficienthield outpatiand theednterthe primary healthcare.
The Council M,ayor however, assured the community that his administration would continue to prioritize the provision of basic amenities and infrastructure, including healthcare facilities, to improve the standard of living in the area, givsuccorcour to the needy as well as other rudiments of democratic dividends at no cost directly to the people.
Equally in his remarks, the Head of local government administration (HLGA), Sooro local council development areas, Alhaji Adeniran applauded the visionary leadership of the council Mayor in making life more bearable for the masses and the downtrodden within the council area, taking cognizance of the prevailing economic situation in the country.
He commended Hon. Ismail Olaide for the sets of computer and Printer donated, promising to make good use of them to enhance official assignments.
The Matron Lagbenro Arinlade Ayoade on behalf of the management and staff of the Ilupeju Maternity Centre, as well as community leaders, expressed her gratitude to Hon. Ismail Olaide Badmus for his kind gesture and commitment to improving healthcare services in the community.
She further prayed for the council Mayor’s good health in delivering more democratic dividends at the local council.
