Member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing the good people of Oyo East/West State Constituency, Hon. Olorunpoto Rahaman Cephas has congratulated Oba Akeem Abimbola Owoade on his ascension to the revered throne of the Alaafin of Oyo land.
