Hon. Ajibola Yisahu Aderibigbe, the publisher of The Populists News and Head of Media to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, marked a memorable milestone on January 8, 2025, as he celebrated his birthday with an overwhelming sense of gratitude.
The well-loved public figure expressed his heartfelt appreciation to everyone who took part in the celebration of his life and achievements.
In a heartfelt message shared with the public, Yisahu acknowledged the support and love he has received from an extensive network of individuals and groups, all of whom have played significant roles in his journey.
“I am truly humbled and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support I received on my birthday. This special day was not just a celebration of another year of life, but a reflection of the incredible relationships I have been fortunate to build over the years. I am eternally grateful to everyone who made the day so memorable,” said Yisahu.
The distinguished media personnel took the opportunity to thank numerous dignitaries and groups who celebrated with him, highlighting the significance of their contributions to his success.
“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Chairmen of the Local Governments who celebrated me, as well as the various Vice Chairmen, members of the House of Assembly, Commissioners, Chairmen of Agencies, and the members of Ibadan North PDP for their warm wishes and presence on my special day. Your continued support is invaluable,” he said.
Yisahu also expressed his deep gratitude to members of Ward 12 of Ibadan North and the entire Oyo State PDP for their heartfelt celebrations and words of encouragement. His acknowledgment also extended to his immediate family, friends, classmates from the University of Calabar and the University of Ibadan, as well as his secondary school mates from Methodist Grammar School Bodija, Ibadan.
“I am equally grateful to my fellow publishers who joined me in making the day even more special. To my former Special Adviser, the serving Special Advisers to Governor Seyi Makinde, Councilors, Supervisory Councilors, and Special Assistants, I sincerely appreciate your presence and the continued trust you place in me. Your unwavering support is the foundation of my growth,” Yisahu expressed.
The message of appreciation was an attestation to Yisahu’s humble nature and his recognition of the critical role each individual and group has played in his public service journey.
In closing, he remarked, “As I reflect on this day, I realize how fortunate I am to be surrounded by such incredible individuals.
