A shining example of this transformation is the appointment of Hon. Dr. Dikko Salami as the Chairman and Sole Administrator of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services. Since assuming the office, Hon. Dr. Dikko Salami introduced a revolutionary Card System (Omituntun Card), replacing traditional tickets and cash payments for both intracity and intercity metro bus operations.
Pacesetter Transport Services is proud to be the first to expand and extend intercity operations while also significantly increasing intracity services.
Now, the company is celebrating another significant achievement with the launch of interstate services, marking the commencement of interstate operations.
The first destination? None other than Lagos State! The official launch is scheduled for December 15, 2024, at the company’s terminal, T.C.T.C. Eleyele, Ibadan.
These new buses are designed with the passengers’ comfort and sustainability in mind, powered by CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) for cleaner emissions. Each bus is equipped with:

In a move to make interstate travel affordable and accessible for all, the Lagos route will be available at a subsidized flat rate of just ₦3,200
