The Oyo State Forum of 33 local government Chiefs of Staff, has commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde
for the commissioning of the South West PDP Secretariat in remembrance of the legacy of the late Chairman, Hon. Soji Adagunodo.

In a statement released and made available to Heritage Echo News by the forum Chairman who doubles as the Chief of Staff to Oyo West local government Chairman, Hon. Ademuyiwa Adewara praised the commitment to the progress and development of the Party in the South region by His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE, as well as the Executive Governor of Osun State, H.E Sen. Ademola Adeleke.

He, however, expressed gratitude to the Oyo State Governor for his strong advocacy for the unity of the party which is worthy of commendation.
“This Commissioning of the new Southwest party secretariat would enhance the operational efficiency and strengthen its presence in our region.

The forum further reiterated that the new edifice will enable the party to implement policies more effectively and foster a collaborative environment for the Southwest region, as well as foster unity and collaboration among its members.
As PDP continues to strengthen its presence in Southwest Governor Makinde’s unifier vision remains a great catalyst in driving positive change toward productive governance.
The forum of 33 local government Chiefs of Staff, however, called on the party stakeholders, leaders, and party members to embrace the opportunities of the new office and strategize in repositioning PDP to offer Nigerians a better option come 2027.
