Oyo Youth Agency Chairman Hosts Amala Festival Representatives in Strategic Meeting

Yesterday, the chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, played host to representatives from the Amala Festival Organization in his office.

The visit was aimed at exploring potential collaboration opportunities between the two organizations.

The Amala Festival delegation comprised Ilori Joseph, Oni Olaoluwa, Maria Oni, and Adeniyi Samuel. Mariam Oni, speaking on behalf of the organization, expressed profound admiration for the chairman’s numerous accomplishments and initiatives aimed at empowering young people in Oyo State. She emphasized the organization’s desire to partner with the youth agency to further amplify their impact.

The Agency Mayor, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, warmly welcomed the delegation and pledged his support for the Amala Festival. He emphasized the commitment of entertainment stakeholders to empowering youth development initiatives, highlighting the agency’s dedication to creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

Under Governor Makinde’s leadership, the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development has made significant strides in creating opportunities for young people to thrive. Supporting the growth of the entertainment industry, shaping a brighter future for Oyo State Youths.

Adebowale further applauded His Excellency’s efforts to harness the potential of the youth population and looks forward to seeing the continued impact of his administration’s initiative in the years to come. “We’ll continue to amplify the impact towards sustainable development and encourage youth to thrive” he assured.

He, however, stated that this potential partnership aims to promote cultural enrichment, creativity, and youth engagement in the community. By leveraging the Amala Festival’s platform, the Oyo State Agency for Youth seeks to empower young people through arts, culture, and entertainment.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to further discussions and explorations of collaborative opportunities. Both parties expressed enthusiasm about the prospect of working together to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in Oyo State.
