The honorable member representing the good people of Ibadan North Constituency II at the Oyo State House of Assembly has extended his heartfelt appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for his ongoing commitment to infrastructure development within the state.

The lawmaker particularly lauded the governor for the rehabilitation of the Mokola-UI Road, the improvement of the UI Junction, and the renovation of the Agbowo Shopping Complex.

In a statement issued today, the legislator praised Governor Makinde’s vision and dedication to enhancing the quality of life for residents of Ibadan North Constituency II.

“The rehabilitation of the Mokola-UI Road and the significant improvements made at the UI Junction have greatly eased traffic flow and improved safety for motorists and pedestrians alike,” he said.

“Additionally, the renovation of the Agbowo Shopping Complex has revitalized this important commercial hub, providing a boost to the local economy and creating job opportunities for our people.”

The lawmaker also used the opportunity to appeal to the governor to extend his road rehabilitation efforts to other critical areas within the constituency. He called for the urgent rehabilitation of the Bodija-Isopako Express, Agbowo Express, Agbaje-Ijokodo Road, and Alaro-Sango-Isopako Road.

“These roads are vital to the daily lives of our constituents, and their current state poses challenges to the smooth movement of goods and people. I respectfully urge Governor Makinde to consider these areas for immediate attention in his ongoing infrastructural agenda,” the lawmaker concluded.

The legislator expressed confidence that with the governor’s continued support, the people of Ibadan North Constituency II will continue to witness significant improvements in their infrastructure and overall quality of life.
