Lagelu Chairman, Hon. Kamorudeen Swears in Supervisory Councilors, SAs, Charges on Good Governance

In a ceremony marked by solemnity and anticipation, Honorable Mudashiru Kamorudeen, the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, officially swore in 14 supervisory councilors and 14 special advisers on Friday morning.

The event, held at the local government’s administrative headquarters in Iyana-Offa, was attended by dignitaries, community leaders, and family members of the newly appointed officials. Each appointee took the oath of office administered by the Chairman, pledging to uphold the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and to discharge their duties with utmost diligence.

Addressing the gathering, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen emphasized the importance of teamwork and dedication in achieving his administration’s developmental goals. He urged the supervisory councilors and special advisers to prioritize community welfare and ensure transparent governance.

The newly sworn-in officials expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve their community. They highlighted their commitment to supporting the administration’s initiatives that promotes economic growth, improve infrastructure, and enhance the quality of life for residents of Lagelu Local Government.

In his closing remarks, Hon. Mudashiru reiterated his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance and promised to work closely with all stakeholders to achieve sustainable development across the local government area.

The ceremony concluded with a reception where attendees congratulated the appointees and exchanged well-wishes for a successful tenure ahead.
