Hon. Najeem Omirinde, former Chairman of the Oyo State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency (OYORUWASSA), has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on his fifth year in office.
In his congratulatory message to mark May 29, 2023, when Makinde was inaugurated for his second term in Omituntun 2.0, Omirinde highlighted the governor’s purposeful leadership. “Your leadership in the last five years has steered Oyo State in the right direction,” said the Saki-born politician in a personally signed media statement.
Omirinde also used the occasion of the fifth anniversary to thank Governor Makinde for renaming the Oke Ogun Polytechnic after Chief Michael Koleosho. He described the move as heartening for the people of not only Sakiland but the entire Oke Ogun region.

Further commending the governor, Omirinde remarked, “Let me also use this occasion to congratulate our governor on his first-year anniversary in Omituntun 2.0. You have proven beyond doubt in Omituntun 1.0 that you are the man for the job, and in Omituntun 2.0, we look forward to greater achievements.”

“On behalf of myself, my family, and my political associates, I wish Governor Seyi Makinde resounding success in the remaining years of his tenure,” Omirinde added.
