The Executive Chairman of Oyo West Local Government, Prince Salam Akeem Babatunde Olukitibi, who is seeking a re-election bid for 2024 local government elections under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) tagged “Continuity 2024” has announced Hon. Wale Ogunsola, former Board member Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) as Director General of his Campaign council.
In a statement released and made available to Heritage Echo News, on Friday, Prince Salam Olukitibi stated that with a Vision focus on first-class grassroots development Hon. Wale Ogunsola who was former PDP local secretary in Oyo West during Alhaji Ajibike-led regime and astute politician and a grassroots mobilizer whose political expertise will be of immense benefit to the continuity agenda of Olukitibi administration in the council area.

“Our campaign isn’t about seeking votes, it’s about building bridges and forging productive partnerships in providing dividends of democracy at the grassroots level” Olukitibi stated.
