Following the bills raised by Senator Monsurat Olajumoke Sunmonu in 2017 at the hallow Chamber of the Nigerian Senate, asking hospitals all over Nigeria to treat gunshot victims, even without a police report, Alhaji Salahu Salam Otaabayomi has commended the bill moved and sponsored by the distinguished senator.
Alhaji Salahu Salam lauded the directive of the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, compelling all the public hospitals and the general public to be aware of compliance with the national law.
While commending the productive legislative impact of Senator Monsurat Sunmonu during her tenure representing the good people of Oyo Central, he said;
