The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially declared Hon. Fola Oyekunle, popularly known as “DoN,” of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the winner of the keenly contested bye-election for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency. The announcement was made on Sunday morning by the Returning Officer, Prof. Abiodun Oluwadare, at the INEC collation centre at Ikolaba High School, in Ibadan, Oyo State.
