The Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) has presented a Certificate of Return to Hon. Prince Akeem Salam Babatunde Olukitibi as the winner of the local government elections held in Oyo West Council area, Ojongbodu, Oyo. The presentation was done today at the headquarters of OYSIEC, where all elected 33 local government chairmen and their running mates received Certificate of Return.
